As one of the primary demographics at risk of experiencing a potentially dangerous situation in the outdoors, wilderness survival skills are essential for the hunter. With proper knowledge and preparation you can go farther into the back-country in pursuit of your quarry without the worry of what will happen if you get turned around.
As a complimentary skill, wildlife tracking can improve our performance before and after the shot. Not only can well-honed tracking skills help us find game more efficiently and boost our kill retention, it can also make the rest of the time we spend in the woods more enjoyable.
